You have 14 days from delivery date to return items for:

  • Exchange for different size/color

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects (no time limit)
  • Items that don't fit (see size chart first)
  • Items not as described

NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Items worn or washed
  • Items without tags/packaging
  • Sale/Clearance items (marked "Final Sale")
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Undergarments or intimate apparel (health & hygiene)

Return Process

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Email us within 14 days of delivery:

  • Subject: Return Request - Order #
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to return
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund/exchange/store credit)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

We'll respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping address
  • Packing instructions
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
  • Include return authorization number
  • Ship via trackable method
  • Keep tracking information

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We inspect within 2 business days
  • Refund processed within 5 business days
  • You'll receive email confirmation
  • Refund appears in 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

Exchanges

How to Exchange:

Same process as returns, but specify:

  • What you're returning
  • What you want instead (size, color, style)

Exchange Shipping:

  • We ship your new item as soon as we receive your return
  • Free shipping on all exchanges
  • If new item costs more, we'll invoice the difference
  • If new item costs less, we'll refund the difference

Out of Stock Exchanges: If desired item is out of stock:

  • We'll notify you immediately
  • Options: store credit, refund, or wait for restock
  • We'll hold your return and ship new item when available

Defective or Damaged Items

Received a Defective Product?

We're incredibly sorry! Here's what to do:

  1. Email us immediately: thebrews.official@gmail.com
  2. Include photos: Show the defect/damage
  3. We'll respond within 12 hours with solution

Our Promise for Defective Items:

  • Keep the defective item (don't return it)
  • We'll send replacement immediately (expedited shipping)
  • Or receive full refund + return shipping covered
