Processing Time

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday evening through Saturday are processed on Sunday, as we observe the Sabbath.

Order Processing Timeline:

  • Orders placed Monday-Thursday: Ship within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed Friday-Saturday: Ship by Monday-Tuesday
  • Orders placed Sunday: Ship within 1-2 business days

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping - 5-7 Business Days

  • Orders under $50: $5.99
  • Orders $50+: FREE

Expedited Shipping - 2-3 Business Days

  • Flat rate: $12.99

Express Shipping - 1-2 Business Days

  • Flat rate: $24.99

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories:

  • Standard: $12.99
  • Expedited: $29.99
  • Express: $49.99

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.


Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes for Express shipping (Standard and Expedited only)
  • International addresses (coming soon)
  • APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)

Delivery Issues

Package Lost or Stolen: If your package shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors
  2. Check all entrances to your building
  3. Confirm shipping address
  4. Contact us within 48 hours: thebrews.official@gmail.com
  5. We'll file a claim and resolve the issue

Package Delayed: If your package hasn't arrived within expected timeframe:

  1. Check tracking information
  2. Wait 2 business days past expected delivery
  3. Contact us - we'll investigate immediately

Wrong Address: If you entered the wrong address:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We may be able to intercept the package
  • If already shipped, you may need to pay for reshipping

Peak Season Shipping

During holidays and peak seasons (November-December):

  • Processing may take 3-5 business days
  • Shipping carriers experience delays
  • Order early for guaranteed delivery
  • We'll update this page with specific timelines
